Course Outline
The aim of this Diploma course is to address the growing interest and need to acquire knowledge and develop expertise around Muslim Family Law. This Diploma Course is an attempt to fill the existing gap in knowledge about the Islamic legal tradition, with reference to Muslim Family Law. This Diploma will provide an understanding of theory and practice of Muslim Family Law.
The Diploma will thoroughly examine various aspects of Muslim Family Law
Including 3 main sections:
- Section 1: Marriage Contract & Its Consequences
- Section 2: Divorce & Its Consequences
- Section 3: Birth & Its Consequences
